The United Wa State Army (UWSA) has scrapped plan to hold its bi-annual meeting due tomorrow, due to the prevailing tense relationship with Naypyitaw, according to sources from the Sino-Burma border. Each sector will instead hold separate meeting and submit reports to Panghsang (from Shan Herald Agency for news)
